PRESS RELEASE: INDUSTRY'S FIRST VENDOR INDEPENDENT CERTIFIED CORPORATE WEBMASTER DESIGNATION PROGRAM

SPECIAL PRESS RELEASE FOR IWA MEMBERS -June 26, 1998

 IWA announces the release of its Certified Corporate Webmaster ("CCW") designation program. The program is designed to provide IWA members current education on the functions of today's corporate webmaster. The designation program is available to all IWA members who are interested corporate webmaster education and for those pursuing certified status in recognition of their professional status.

The program is provided in cooperation with Systems & Software, a Division of Integratise, Inc. ("Sysoft"). Sysoft is a long time provider of advanced webmastering courses which have been endorsed by the IWA as qualified education in preparation for the IWA CCW designation.

Members may enter the program at any level depending on current knowledge and experience. The program is comprised of five courses which are designed for the beginning to advanced level participant.

Completion of the Sysoft 3000 (Corporate Webmaster") course is a minimum requirement to sit for the CCW examination. A participant level flowchart is available at http://NETRA.sysoft.com/web/cmap.htm.

The following Sysoft courses have been reviewed and endorsed by IWA:

Sysoft 1000: Web Application Development, Networking and Database
Sysoft 2100: Java and ActiveX Programming for Internet/Intranet
Sysoft 2200: Internet/Intranet/Web Server Administration, Security and Firewall
Sysoft 2300: Webmastering for Win/IIS/Visual Interdev/SQL Server/ASP
Sysoft 3000: Corporate Webmaster

Sysoft courses are offered in an eight week, four hours per week program. The Sysoft's 1000 and 3000 courses may be taken virtually through their web and teleconference system. Courses are also offered over four consecutive day periods at Sysoft’s training center located in Iselin NJ.

The Sysoft 3000 (Corporate Webmaster") course is offered as an eight week program comprised of a concentration of education from all of Sysoft courses. In September 1998, IWA will offer a self study guide for the Corporate Webmaster course which is designed to prepare members for the CCW examination. The cost of the self study program and guide will be set at $195. The CCW examination fee is $125, and reexamination fees are $55 each.

- Earn in lieu experience credit toward IWA's Certified and Senior Member designations.
- Assist in achieving vendor specific certifications such as:
Novell CIP, MCSE+Internet, MCP+Internet, and Lotus/IBM CLS(Domino).
